I've been a pastor for 16 years now, with a particular focus on youth ministry for 11 of those years. I've had the privilege of walking alongside countless individuals and helping them grow in their faith. But I also know that spiritual care isn't a one-way street - I firmly believe in the importance of taking care of my own spiritual health as well. That's why I personally attend therapy twice a month and meet with mentors to continue growing in my own spiritual journey.
