Stephanie Molden is the Owner/Founder of The Refreshing, a life coaching practice, where she is a Certified Life Coach. Her coaching practice was birthed out of her childhood pain of sexual abuse, body image bullying, dysfunctional and abusive relationships, all resulting in low self-esteem, no self-love, poor body image and poor life choices. She had dreams on the inside that she could not manifest due to fear, insecurities, no confidence and limiting beliefs.
Well, that all changed 25 years ago when she started her long healing journey with the Lord that led her to being the confident, emotionally healed, purpose driven and fulfilled woman that she is today. Her emotional healing also enabled her 27 year marriage to transition from dysfunctional to blissful. Now, she is living her best life of empowering others, especially women, to overcome and heal from past traumas, transform and live their best lives. She believes every Christian has God's light, love and the power within to heal as well as thrive. It’s her life’s work and passion to awaken everyone she coaches to this truth.
Stephanie is also a mentor, ordained minister, public speaker and has over 25 years of Human Resources (HR) experience and 15 years of leadership roles within HR. Stephanie’s broad and diverse set of experiences, accomplishments, and training makes her the ideal coach for those who are looking to overcome the past, up-level, find purpose, improve relationships and live their best lives, the abundant life that Jesus came and provided for us all.
